When you order Shrimp with Garlic Sauce on shrimp fried rice, and you get chicken instead......it really SUCKS.

Almost every time that I order from here, food is missing from the order. The food is delicious and I really enjoy it, but I am constantly getting less than I ordered. This has happened twice in 3 days.

Food missing, again. The food is great and I would highly recommend, however everytime I order from here, something is always missing from my order and it is becoming a major issue with this restaurant.

Didn’t receive my shrimp fried rice and when I called the restaurant they acted like I was lying or playing and didn’t refund me my money either or delivered the rice

Panda has always been my favorite Chinese take out in town. My order was delivered in less than an hour, the food was hot and the delivery person was very nice. Also, the lunch combos are enough for 2 lunches. Excellent value. thank you so much.

Food was spilt all over. When I called about it was I was told a new order would be sent but over an hour and a half later I didnt hear back/recieve anything. I finally called and was told I would need to swap out the items next day to get new order

More like no delivery. Called the restaurant and apparently the manager delivers meals himself...kind of defeats the purpose of solving your delivery issue by calling the restaurant right? If the guy who has passwords and access to the system is out dicking around doing something he should have had another employee do. I feel bad for the people that work for this irresponsible, negligent manager/owner. I wish I could rat the food, but apparently this restaurant isn't entirely concerned whether their customers receive the items they paid for or not. Now I've got to wait several days for my $50 refund to go through and since the manager seems so incompetent, I highly doubt anything else will be done to keep my business. Jokes on you though, I have 30 physician residents waiting for me to text them whether they should add this restaurant to the delivery rotation...unfortunately I will be telling everyone in my hospital that this is an unreliable, unprofessional establishment. The employees that answered the phone and tried to resolve the issue were polite and courteous though, if only the owner had not been wasting time instead of delegating.

The food taste great, but the chicken was really hard. I think it was left in the fryer to long. Also, the sweet and sour sauce was very cold. Most places serve it hot. Not sure if this place does or not.

Took less than an hour for delivery... food was okay... not the best. Crab Rangoon’s were really greasy. Shrimp fried rice only had 4 tiny shrimps in it.

This was my first time using Beyond Menu to order food. It was also my first time ordering delivery from Panda. It was SO simple! I was able to find what I wanted without struggling to pronounce menu items or confusing one thing for another. Everything was made correctly, they even let me specify the spice level on one of my dishes and got it perfect! I love the convenience of being able to order straight from the app and have it delivered. The driver was very nice, and they arrived with my food in 20 minutes!!! I love how the tip options are presented in the app (10&, 15%, 20%, other), but I wish there was an option to tip after delivery. I would have tipped a little more if I had the option after delivery because the guy was so nice and fast.

I always ask for extra hot mustard. May not be a big deal for some people, but it is for me. I eat it on everything. Last 2 times I have ordered I got 2 packets that's it.
